Matt Poorman
Lead Pastor
Matt is the lead and founding Pastor of Cornerstone Vineyard Church, who oversees the Spiritual Health of families and volunteers that attend Cornerstone. He’s also the primary teacher during services.
Leah Poorman
Director of Administration
Leah provides administrative support to the Lead Pastor, maintains accounting records, & other ministry related tasks. She plays a crucial role in keeping things running smoothly in many areas around the church, including leading our First Impressions Crews & managing our Benevolence Fund.
Tyler Mounsithiraj
Director of worship arts and communications
Tyler is responsible for coordinating the Worship crew, AVL crew and systems, as well as developing musicians for worship. Additionally, he helps organize and plan all aspects of our weekend services. He also manages social media strategy, and all digital and print media.
Ben Kintner
Director of students and groups
Ben oversees Cornerstone Student Ministries, which includes preparing the weekly program, planning for dynamic Student events and providing ongoing care for Students in 7th through 12th grades. He also coordinates all Cornerstone Groups, as well as oversees and encourages all Group Leaders.

Hannah’s responsibilities for Cornerstone Kids includes leading volunteers, prepping & planning for weekend services and implementing kids’ events. But her most important job – Helping kids to grow in their relationship with Jesus.

Deacon works works with Audio, Video, and Lighting as well as computer systems to produce high quality weekend services.
